Table Decrypting

    Hello,

    I am trying to use the new Tables functionality to view HIPAA form submissions. At the bottom of the browser window it keeps saying that it is in the process of decrypting and it will only take a few more seconds. I waited a few minutes with no change in the ability to view the submissions. I refreshed and the submissions were visible, but I was unable to download .pdf versions of the submissions.

    Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

    Hello @George_Joseph,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    Please note that since your account is HIPAA compliant we are unable to view your form submissions as it is against HIPAA security policies. Therefore, we are unable to check your Tables page.

    However, if any of your forms have large amounts of data, it is possible that the new Tables feature may be taking a bit of time to decrypt your HIPAA protected information. However, the decrypting should not take very long.

    I tested the Tables feature on my test HIPAA account and I did see the decrypting data message and I also saw a success message after the data had been decrypted.

    Could you kindly try logging out of your account, clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then login back in to check the Tables page?
