We are having issue with decrypting submissions

Decryptions are not uploading. They error out right now. Please advise.

The Form Encryption and uploading of a key through the Tables are working on our test account.

When you say the descriptions are not uploading, do you mean when you provide the key on the following window, it is not working when you click the Done button? Please clarify.

If you also mean it is not decrypting, you may consider removing the private key, and try uploading it back through your other browsers.
