Jotforms stopped working. We tried to log back in but it said we were locked out. We tried to reset the PW incase we were getting it wrong and it said we tried too many times even though we only tried once.
Please help us get our account back up and running.

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm support. I just cleared your login attempts on my end, please try to reset your password and log back in again. Your account doesn't seems to be suspended or disabled, so you should be able to login to your account with your correct account credentials.
