Billing Method Update ASAP!!!

    Would you please contact me ASAP? I have tried to find a valid phone number for Jotform to reach someone by phone. The payment method needs to be updated ASAP, however I do not have access to paypal anymore. I'd like to add a credit card instead, but no option is available to do so. Thank you!

    We can cancel the payment subscription for you, which belongs to a monthly subscription for $19.00 and is being paid through the PayPal account pnoble04@gmail.com

    Once this is canceled, then we will set the account back to free so you can re-upgrade using a credit card instead.

    Please confirm that this is what you want to do and we will request the paypal cancel to our billing team

    OK, the subscription was canceled and the account was set back to free. You can re-upgrade using an updated payment method.
