    Can you please provide us more information about the issue you are getting? Do you mean that the exported submission doesn't match the appointment data submitted.

    Also, please provide us which form is experiencing this issue. Does it affect all the submissions you have on your form? If not, please share with us the submission that has this issue so we can check.
