Our customers are no longer being redirected to Paypal

    Our customers are no Lon her being redirected to Paypal on our form. I upgraded our account. Can you help me understand why this is happening and how to correct it?

    All your forms are currently unavailable due to your expiration date.


    But I still checked the payment configuration in your last edited form and it is fine. Your Paypal Standard payment is properly configured. If you could temporarily enable your form, we can help you make a test submission on your form to check if it's still redirecting to Paypal.

    How do we correct this problem? I was still receiving forms as of last night. It doesn't appear on my end that the forms are unavailable.

    I think I fixed it. Can you please check all 4 forms to be sure they are
    operating and collecting payments?

    I just tried testing all four forms and it redirects me to PayPal upon submission:


    So I guess the issue has been resolved already.

    Thanks. They did have an expiration date on them so your guidance was spot
