JotForm pages or forms not loading correctly

    I created and have been using a form for about four months now. This week I started having difficulties, but only on my MacBook Air running OS X version 10.10.5 - I'm not having difficulty on my iPhone 8 Plus or my daughter's MacBook Pro running OS X version 10.15.7

    JotForm, and only JotForm is displaying incorrectly, images and widgets are not displaying when editing, etc.

    When I try to submit a ticket for help the screen looks like this.

    As we check the form from our end, it seems to be working fine. Please see the screenshot below:


    Since you mention that the issue is happening only with your MacBook, something must have been blocking JotForm websites. Could you check if there are any plugins or software such as antivirus/antimalware is causing the issue? Also, please try logging into a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that helps.

    You may also try connecting to a different internet connection such as mobile hotspot to see if the ISP is blocking.
