Why I am not receiving my submission emails?

    Dear Support,

     

    I have created a employment application for my Human Resources office and it appears the sumittals are not coming through. For testing purposes, I have it set to send them to my email, cwright@niagaracc.suny.edu

    My username is: ncccweb

    The form is located here:

    Also, are there any IP ranges or email address we should we whitelisting?

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

    Hi Ashwan,
    I have received the application submission you submitted. Can you provide an IP range as well as domain(s) for us to whitelist? Do you know why your submission came through, but not my previous attempts?

    This guide includes the domains and IP address which you should whitelist.
