I want to link to a existing pdf form to fill once data is submitted.

    hi

    i have a form i have created that i want to link it to a existing pdf form to fill once data is submitted.

    note; the pdf has 3 pages i have uploaded the first page as a image.

    You need to import the fillable PDF or PDF form through Smart PDF Forms to achieve that, please see my screenshot below for reference.

    does this means the form i created wont be able to merge with the pdf. and i must start from scratch.

    Yes, you need to import the PDF form via "Import PDF Form" option if you want to connect the original PDF to the web or online form.
