Prevent further flagging of my form

    Using jotform is great, but it keeps flagging my form because i take card information from applicants for my checkout service for retailers. It’s part of the sneaker community known as a Auto checkout service where i run their credentials to get them an item they want, and then make a commission. They agree to my terms and conditions on the form as well, so i need jotform to stop flagging my form as a phishing attempt.

    Hi Jared,

    Yes, you are correct this is exactly why your account keeps on getting suspended. As you are requesting credit card related details from users in this form in simple text fields. Which is against our policies.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    To reactivate your account we will have to delete the offending fields from your form.

    That makes a lot of sense, go ahead and delete the card fields so i can get my account reinstated!
