I cannot find my form

I attached a link to a registration form that I created to a Facebook page, and it seems to be working wonderfully. But, when I go into Jotforms to edit it, it shows Inhave NO form at all.

Can you help.me? Thank you.

We will then be able to transfer your form to this account if needed.
