Hi, @Haswell_Dawna. How are you?
I tried here using one of my forms, and I could download my submissions in .csv and .xlxs. I kindly ask you to try it again.
If the problems persist, please provide us the following information to investigate further.
- Are you facing this issue in all of your forms? If not, can you share the link of the forms that have this issue?
- Are the headers missing when you try to download in all formats (.csv, Excel, and PDF)?
I will wait for your answers. Thank you 😀✨

I need to download each individual submission into a PDF. It doesn't include my headers when downloaded anyway I try.

Hi, @Haswell_Dawna.
Thank you for giving me more information.
It appears that your PDF Editor didn't save the last changes of your form automatically into the PDF. Please, open the PDF Editor from your form. When you open the PDF Editor, it should ask you to apply the changes.
If not, just clicking on creating a new PDF will update it.
It should fix it now, you can return to your submissions at JotForm Table and try to download it again. Please, let us know how it goes.
Best regards, 😀✨
