Creating a percentage to calculate final answer based on answers

    Hey guys im including a screenshot as well. In the conditional logic page of this form i'm trying to get based on their answers will determine their "Thank you page" id like for this section to say "If 4/5 of the rules match" then this end page will show up.     Hello! You can create multiple "CHANGE THANK YOU PAGE" conditions for your form. So, your form can have 5 such conditions and the one that matches will trigger.

    You'll need to create 5 such conditions:
    1. "If 1/5 of the rules match" then this 1st end page will show up.
    2. "If 2/5 of the rules match" then this 2nd end page will show up.
    3. "If 3/5 of the rules match" then this 3rd end page will show up.
    4. "If 4/5 of the rules match" then this 4th end page will show up.
    5. "If 5/5 of the rules match" then this 5th end page will show up.

    Each of these conditions should be set as "IF 'ALL' OF THE 'IF' RULES MATCHED".
