How to integrate with my EHR PioneerRx?

Hi I was wondering if this service will integrate with my EHR that I use now (PioneerRx) and if not, will I have to manually input the data that is generated by the forms into our records/

Unfortunately we do not have any integration with PioneerRx EHR but you do not have to manually add form data in your EHR. Here are the options available:

#1. You can take advantage of our API to read the form data and save it in your own system. Please click on the following URL for API documentation: http://api.jotform.com/

#2. You can also POST the form data to your own page where you write script code to read the form's POST data and save it in your own database. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/213-send-submission-data-via-post-method-and-thank-you-settings
