Use custom domain for form URLs

    Good day Support


    I have a Domain that i parked with one of our local Hosting sites

    I want to point that domain to a one of my Capture pages created in JOTFORM

    They need the DNS

    The form that i want to point to is:

    https://form.jotform.com/202372155350547

    Hope this info will help and if you can tell me how i can retrieve the DNS / send me that code to forward to them ! Regards

    You may use your own custom DNS for your form URLs however, you would have to be on an Enterprise plan.

    You may want to embed the form into your web page instead. In that way, your users can just the website and fill out/submit the embedded form there.
