Sorry for the inconvenience. Just to confirm, are you downloading it from emails? I have checked your account and found that you have enabled Privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files". Please check the screenshot below:
To solve this, you may have to login to your JotForm account and download the files from your form's submission page or disable the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy from your account setting page.
