Need to move two forms from old account to new account

There are two forms currently under username "Bublish_Team" (email: katherine@bublish.com) that I need the ownership moved to the username "Bublish" (email: info@bublish.com)

Please log out and start a fresh session, the forms should be there.

It looks like someone else from my team changed our username without my knowledge. The username I need the 2 forms at is Bublish_info, the name is Bublish, and the email is info@bublish.com
