    Can you please let us know are you trying to purchase a JotForm subscription? Do you get any error messages? Are you trying to use Credit Card or PayPal?

    If you are trying to fill a form, can you please share the form URL with us, so we could take a better look at it? Also, do you get any error messages when you submit the form?
