How do I share specific records in a table?

If you want to share some rows of your table statically, I mean, in a way, that the shared table will not automatically update with a new entry/submission, you can do the following:

Select the data you want to share, and download it. Here's a screencast.

Now, you need to create a new table on the JotForm My Tables Page.

Then, you can import the downloaded table with the selected information to this new table.

Now, you can click on the Share button at the top right and change the share settings. Please, look at the next two screenshots.
