Cash on delivery option?

What option do i need to choose to by-pass the payment option and have the form as a simple order request. I still need the calculation but not a provider to take the payment. I will arrange payment face to face on delivery

If you do not want your customers to make payment via the form, you can switch your payment field with the Purchase order payment field. This payment field functions as a normal order form, which lets you collect the order but not process payment.
