I want the old format back! Again!

Hi there, this feels extremely redundant as I repeatedly have to ask... We need to have the old format for the PDF files as the new one cuts out a large and very important part of the returned forms. Not entirely sure what the point is behind the option of having things such as checklists if they don't show up afterwards... Please respond with a solution as we love jotform but are actively searching for a new platform for us and our franchisees.

Are you perhaps referring to the PDF Editor? If so, you can always switch back to the old version of the PDF editor by clicking on the Switch to Old Version button. Kindly refer to the screenshot below:

I have looked everywhere and can not find that option.  This happens every couple of months and I always manage to find where you hide that option but not this time.  Please let me know where you put it this time.  Is there a way to prevent this in future?  At no point do we want the new version that does not support the checklist table that we use.Thank you.

Just to confirm, are you referring to switch back to the old PDF format again? As my colleague already assisted you with this, You can change to the old format from the profile photo of the top-right corner:
