Extra check box on the uploaded PDF

    I have my form and there is an extra check box that is showing up on the PDF and not the form. I do I remove this from the PDF? I have included some screen shots. and you can see the form has 10 boxes and the PDF has 11.

    Hello,

    You need to edit the uploaded PDF and try to re-upload it again after removing the extra box. Unfortunately, there's no option or way to edit the uploaded PDF using the form builder.

    That box is not on the PDF that I uploaded! So that is not an option.

    Please note that we do not modify the uploaded PDF. In fact, if you check on the Upload tab, you'll see the original PDF has the extra box.

    If the PDF you have does not have the extra box, you can try to update the one on your form by going to UPLOAD tab then clicking on Update PDF.
