Unable to get the sub total and the submit button on the form

    Ok, I REDID a new form from a template. FINALLY was able to get tabs to set up sub boxes for diffrent qtys and sizes. NOW I cannot get the SUBTOTAL part to work and the shipping isnt included in there and also there is not submit button now to complete the order.



    IS THERE ANY LIVE SUPPORT VIA TELEPHONE FOR THIS SITE????????????????????????????


    I cant believe all the issues with this site!!!!!!!!!!!!
