On one of my forms I have have fields which are not optional so have placed 'required' on them, however, when I have tested the form I find that on any of the required fields if I click enter I am immediatately taken to the custom thank you page. This shouldn't happen on any field but most especially on required fields. Any help would be appreciated.

Please replace the full source of the form currently in your page with just an iFrame that points to the form. You can get that code from the "Embed Form Wizard" (Setup & Embed tab > Embed Form button > iFrame)
Incidentally, the form's background will either need to be made transparent or changed to #2E4517. Also, may I suggest changing the color of the sublabels to something that contrasts better with the background? (See screenshot)
Be sure to let us know if the above solution corrected your form's problem and feel free to enquire about other aspects of our forms. Our team will be glad to assist where we can.

Thank you, yes that now works.
I have another form on the same site but this works fine, I don’t understand why this particular form didn’t.
Many thanks and kind regards
