Charged twice for different subscription

    Tenia una cuenta Premiun y contrate una Economi, ahora me estan cobrando las 2 la Premiun y la Economi por favor vean esto y les agradeceria una respuesta. Gracias

    Hi,

    What is your preferred subscription? Please let us know so we can request the refund to our management. You also need to cancel the subscription you don't want to use by following steps below:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Click Profile near the top of the page

    3. Select My money

    4. In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update

    5. Select the merchant (find Jotform) whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel

    6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request
