Emails have stopped arriving for submissions

    Hi there, we have implemented a JotForm for our new/client patient submission and up until the past few days, we were receiving an email with pdf attachment of said submissions. For some unknown reason, these emails have not come through for about 3 days. We have not changed any settings, and the emails are not showing up in our junk/spam folder either. Any guidance on what could be wrong?

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    I have cloned and tested your form and it is working as expected.

    Please try reintegrating the notification emails on your form (i.e. deleting the existing ones and adding new notification emails) and re-enabling the PDF attachments in the Advanced tab of your email settings.

    Please try and let us know the update.
