Understand data integration mechanism

Hello!

We would like to understand if we can use Jotform for our own needs, can you please let me know if you can help!

1) Can we keep data from respondents private on our own offline server? Due to privacy we need to keep everything private.

2) Can we link survey to our own database in order to have predefinite answers from our respondents?

3) Can we link tags to populate our own database?
