Upload space still not reset after deleting submissions

    I received a notification that my upload space has been used. I have downloaded the 2 submissions that we had and deleted them, but it still says that we are out of space and uploads are disabled for my account. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to enable uploads again. Thank you!

    It seems that you have deleted all submissions on your form, but there are 2 submissions lying in the Trash folder in your submission page:

    Please purge these and your upload space will be reset.
