Hi,
I really like how easy it is to see submissions this way. However, when I choose to have selected submissions downloaded into a pdf form, the emailed link for downloading them does not work.
Can you please let me know when this issue will be fixed?

Hello Simone,
You've requested two zipped PDFs. All links have worked to my end, so it's likely related to your privacy. Before clicking the link, make sure that you are logged in to your account.
If you do not want to log in to download, you have to disable the privacy.

the link is being emailed to our warranty email - I am logged into
Jotfom on my computer but I am told that the link is not available. Not
sure how I would go about getting this without allowing to see submissions
without log-in?
Please let me know how to go about this?

Yes, system emails such as the download requests are always sent to the primary email address of the account.
If you are logged in, the download link should work. I just tried this again, the link still worked.
Can you try logging in and downloading through your other browsers? It's odd that you can't get the link to work.

what I get on my end is an email with an interactive 'downloads your PDFs'
button. When I click on this I get your 404 page.
Any ideas how to remedy this?

You are logged in, and you own the file, so you should be able to download it. 404 is an indication that you are downloading as a guest.
Please try the following methods:
1) Clear your browser cookies for JotForm, log back in, click the link through your email, see if that works. You should download on the same browser where your session with JotForm is active.
2) If cookie method won't work, I would suggest unchecking the privacy, download the file, and check it back when you're done.

Ok, I got it now. Was not thinking about it but was using Safari for
Jotform and Google Chrome for email. :)
