I want to create a form where a user can input their personal information to populate a form and then print and/or email it to themself. I don't want to have access to the data they input and I don't want anyone else except the person populating the form to have access to the form and the data they use to fill it out. I only want to supply the questions. Is this possible to do with JotForm? If not, do you know of a service that can do this?

    Yes, this is possible.

You can create a custom form with required form fields such as Name, email, etc. and also set up an autoresponder email on the form.

The autoresponder email will send a confirmation email with form submission data to your users.

Here are a few related guides:

After that, you can enable the Autodelete submission app on your account so that the submissions are not stored at your end in your JotForm account. The submissions get automatically deleted as and when they come in https://www.jotform.com/integrations/auto-delete-submissions

Do review and let us know if you have any questions and if this suits your requirement.
