Account suspended: Copyright Logo

My account has been blocked. can you delete the logo and unlock the account please?

I have checked your account and it is currently on suspension status. The suspension is triggered by this form in your account.

The form has a Copyright Logo that is owned by a private company reason for your form to be flagged by our system for suspicious phishing activity.
