I need an entire form to print: I get only header and signature.

    I need an entire form to print. What I get is the header and the signature. Help!

    Hi,

    To print entire form, will all the form fields included, you will need to create a corresponding PDF document. Please follow these steps below:

    Go to the PDF editor for that form:

    Create a new PDF document, and it will automatically pull all your form elements. I will name it. Full Document:

    Afterwards, you will have the option to print any desired submission directly from that page:

    Alternatively, when you check submissions from JotForm Tables, a newly created pdf document, (named Full Document in my case) will also appear to use:
