How Can I Properly Format Emails

I'm trying to format emails but they have random page and line breaks added that I can't seem to change. See attached screen shots.

You can edit them within the notification settings. I tested removing the breaks from the email notifications and they were sent correctly.

To edit them go to the email settings page and select the edit option.
