Preview filter for collaborators

    I can create a view filter for my table and share it with a collaborator to edit it. I don't want him to see all the data in my table, just the data that I filter.

    Hello There

    If you wanted to show some specific submission with a colleague the recommendation is to create an integration with Google Sheets https://www.jotform.com/integrations/google-sheets.

    Once you have the integration you can create a filter in Google Sheets, the advantage of this process is that the integration update the integration in realtime.

    Hi, thank you for the clarification.

    Please note that all the tabs included in the table will also be shared when you share a Table. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to share a specific tab with other users with the filter applied from the original table.

    As such, I have forwarded your requirements as a feature request for possible implementation.  Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.
