We have been noticing lately that when we submit a form (any of our forms), its taking hours for the notification to hit our inboxes. The strange thing is that I can see the submission in the inbox on the JF website, its just the notification that takes this long to receive. Is there some tech problem here I am unaware of? Thanks!

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried clearing your form cache to see if this helps, as I can see that your forms has quite a number of submissions. If the above procedure didn't work may I also request the list of sample emails that is receiving a delayed confirmation so that I can check it on my end as well.
