Need my account Unsuspended

Hi, I realize what was wrong with a form I had and would greatly appreciate you unsuspending my account please!

Hello Elizabeth -  As checked, your account has been suspended as this form: Scentsy Country Christmas Pre-Order contains plain text fields that collect Credit Card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.

You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.

I have removed the said fields from the forms and reactivated the account.
