Percentage widget

Hi,

The percentage widget replaces the number widget with a superior user experience for percentages; however, there are 2 big problems with this widget:

1. Cannot set a default value (I've read the other help posts)
2. Requires a "Sub Label" - (manual workaround is inserting an additional paragraph to explain to users, but this seems like a waste of resources)

Please can you enhance the percentage widget through a change request?

It's a beautifully designed widget that cannot be used unless a default value can be set; I cannot use it, which is a real shame, as it is a great widget.
