    I was not able to connect with my android phone.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I assumed you were referring to the Mobile Forms app. If its not, please provide more information so that we can check accurately on the issue.

    I checked on your account/username jesusb4i and it is Active and available as of this checking. If you have installed JotForm Mobile Forms, you should be able to connect to your account using the app.

    Please check again on your app. Let us know if issue persist.
