JotForm, this is serious. My JotForm does not display when a visitor tries to access it from an IP address that had been banned by JotForm. You see, the problem is that most of my visitors, especially in this part of the world, do not have control over the IP address they find themselves using when they get on to the Internet. With this IP address security feature, my JotForm is INACCESSIBLE to any such visitor.
This problem has been going on for a very, very long time now but I just felt it is high time I lodged a formal notice with you on it. Please, JotForm, is it possible for this security feature (IP banning) to be disabled for my forms? I am losing customers, I am losing sales, and I am losing revenue because of this. Potential clients who (unfortunately) visit my site from one of those banned IPs end up "walking" away when they cannot fill my form. I even had to put up a footnote under the form warning visitors about what might cause them to not be able to view my form, just in case.
When a visitor tries to access my form from a banned IP, they get an error message saying thus: THIS IP ADDRESS HAS BEEN BANNED BY SITE OWNER (JotForm.com) FOR A POSSIBLE PHISHING ATTEMPT. Please allow my form to be universally accessible. Thank you.

Hello Whizkid4, First let me apologize for the inconvenience this may have brought you. Now, to unban an IP address we would first need the exact IP address that caused the warning message to appear on the user's screen. Unfortunately without that information we cannot unban IP addresses. Also we would need to evaluate if to unban certain IP address, or not. As we do not disable IP banning for single forms.
Kindly inform us if you do obtain one of these IP Addresses, so we can evaluate the situation and provide you further assistance. Thank you.
