Once the user submit the form and completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment details made by the user, you will also recieve a notification direct from the payment provider. In order to get the JotForm notification you will need to set up an email notification for this porpuse.
On the other hand, if there is any problem at the payment proccess you can configure your payment field in order to receive a "pending payment notification", you will also get a "pending payment" alert from your form submissions page.
From the user side, once the user succeeded in the payment proccess, it will receive an mail autoresponder notification with the payment details also, in this case you should setup an mail autoresponder.
