    Will my Sub Account User receive the form submission results as well?

    Hi there,

    I am (the form designer), and I have shared my account with a Sub-Account User (my client). Will the form submission results be emailed to my email address or the email address of the sub-account user or both?

    Ideally I would like the sub-account user to receive the submission or the response to the forms.

    If the above is not possible, how do I go about making this possible please?

    No, your sub-account won't be able to receive your form notification. You have to add their email addresses in your form recipient email settings.

    Hi there, thanks for your reply.
    I saw in one of the email answers that you were able to transfer forms to other users. Would you be able to transfer the forms I have designed for my client to them, so they had control of them please. And if so, what is the process?

    State the forms and the usernames you wanted to transfer.
