I have copied the code into an iweb html snippet on my site. My site is unpublished so i cannot provide URL.

everything is working fine (input, etc) however when I try to submit it comes up with error page  saying "Form ID is missing or irregular"

im not sure exactly were the problem is but it works fine when i test the form on the site, only failing when i test through iweb.

    Any help much appreciated!

    Cheers

    Hi cocktailconsultancy,

May we ask for the form name and URL you're having issues with? If you can submit the form when using its direct JotForm URL, this means that the form itself is fine. I suspect that you haven't embedded the entire code correctly into your page.  Could you try to get the embed code again and paste it into your page?

To do that, please open the Embed Form Wizard and then click the Source icon (or any other embed code options you prefer to use).

Please let us know how it goes. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi,

    My form ID = 11412331158

    My URL is: http://www.cocktailconsultancy.com

the URL is not live as i haven't published my website yet.

I have embedded the code time and time again, using the source code, iweb code, iframe code, etc, but it all results in the same outcome. the error message explained above.

Could it be that it will work fine once the site is published and live?

    Cheers.

    Hi,

If you have saved your website in your local hard disk and submitted to the form while viewing it inside a browser such as safari, you shouldn't be having any problems at all. On the other hand, submitting while inside iWeb would bring about a lot of problems.

The best way to test if your form works is to publish first the site where it is embedded in. Get the site up and get back to us if you're still experiencing the same problems. Thank you.
