I recently created a form, assuming I had signed in with my googla account as I was using the Chrome app. This is the form: http://jotform.co/form/32512785003851
I now can't access the settings for this form, as it looks like I don't have an account! Neither my gmail, nor the email account responses are being sent to (firstname.lastname@example.org) come up as emails attached to accounts.
How can I get access?

Do you have an active account with us? So that I can transfer the form to your account.
If you don't have an account yet, please create one here.
Once you are done, kindly let us know so that we could transfer your from on your JotForm account for easy access.
