    Je n'ai plus accès à mon compte et je ne voie plus mes formulaires important. Un patron vient me téléphoner pour me dire ce qu'il se passe.

    I no longer have access to my account and I no longer see my major forms. A boss is calling me to tell me what happens.

    Pourquoi c'est la 2ème fois ????

    Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended.

    It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue

    It happened just after I finished my form here

    Yes I saw when I created, its been a double click 2x sent. Bug.

    Hello,

    Your form was detected by the Anti-Phishing detector for having specific keywords that relate to phishing activities. In this case one of my colleagues has gone ahead and unblocked your forms to allow you to continue using them, as they have been found to not violate the Terms of Use.
