We have cleared your form caches. Are you referring to the entries on your Google Spreadsheet? If yes, please re-integrate your form with the Google Spreadsheet to see if that makes any difference. This will automatically populate your new Google Spreadsheet with the old entries.
If that does not help, please let us know.
Thank you. Yes, I am referring to the Google Doc Spreadsheet. I have some duplicate rows and some rows with blank cells where the time stamp is supposed to be. I would rather not re-integrate Google Spreadsheet right now as it is shared with multiple people and I don't want to have to reshare it. However, I'm curious to know how the jotform updates the google doc. Does it just add on the newest entry or does it add all the entries? For example, if I edit a jotform submission that is a few days old. Will it update on the google doc spreadsheet?

Integrated spreadsheet is adding newest entries only. However, when you re-integrate the form, it is adding every submission to the spreadsheet.

This is probably the reason of your duplicated entries. The form submission edit action is adding a new entrie to the spreadsheet. Unfortunately, the edit can not locate the old record and update it, so this is adding the new one.
Re-integrated my JotForm and Google Spreadsheet by removing Google Spreadsheet integration and adding it back. It created a new Google Spreadsheet with the same name as the old one. Only it wasn't shared. So I shared the new Google Spreadsheet and renamed the old one as backup. The new one looks complete! Thanks!
