Ao enviar formulários o tempo de resposta está muito alto.

Are you having this issue with embedded forms? If yes, can you please provide us with the URLs that we can test?
In case you use some integrations on the form (FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive etc.), it might add some time to the submission. Anyhow, we would like to test this.

Não existe nenhuma integração com formulários (FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc)

If you have this form embedded to a page, please share with us the page URL so we can check. Your form consists of a few fields so I wonder why it gives you the delay with submitting the form. How about clearing your forms cache. Please refer to this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache. See if this helps.
Also, I've check your form notifications and notice that all of them has an incorrect settings. Sender Emails is empty so with the Sender Name. Please kindly check.
