    Hello,

You might want to consider our visual report feature.

You can show the HTML table listing report on your website.

The report may be accessed via direct link on our website, and placed (embedded) on your web pages. Report embedding option may be useful if you want to share the submitted data between form users.

It comes with an optional Password protection, and sort submissions data by Ascending/Descending order (try to click on the column titles on your live report) features.

Let's start with creating your first HTML Table Listing Report.
(All data shown are just example for you to visually understand.)

    1. Click on the 'My Forms'  link.

    Click on My Forms

    2. Click on your form to 'Select' it.
    Select the form

    3. Click on the 'Reports' drop down, and then select the 'Add New Report' option.

    Click on the Reports

    4. Select the 'HTML Table Listing', and click on the 'Next' button.

    Add New Report

    5. Set the report 'Name', configure your report 'Fields', and enable the 'Password protection' option if you need it, then click on the 'Next' button.

    Report Options

    6. That is it. The report is ready. You will get a 'Direct link' to the Report, and the 'iFrame code' (that code is used for embedding, so you can embed the report on your web pages).

    Access and Share the Report

This is how the report will look like:

    Thank you for using JotForm.

Thats good but not the ype of report I meant, as this report is static and I need to create it ahead and put in my site.  I need a dynanim way of doing it, for that I need to be able to embed something like you have in the submission page the bottom part of the screen ?

    Hello rleitman,

If you add a "HTML Table Listing" report it will always display the updated records. That means it will work as dynamic report as it will display up to date list of submission records.

I believe you should go ahead with suggestions of khrisell.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

You can use the "Grid report" instead of the "Table report", it will give the ability to the user to filter by selecting fields to show, also it have with a "search in submissions" input where the user can search by submission content.

    Hope it helps

    Thanks

Thanks, Can I pass parameters to the URL of the gird/table to filer based on dates ? (or other fields).  Its very common in any report to filter by dates and it seems just to be missing here. If I have million submissions how can I show only the ones from today? or last week? for example.

    Hi,

I'm afraid that it is not possible to pass parameters to the grid report, the only way to filter submissions by date ranges is through the submissions page, but I think this is not what you are looking for.

I can forward your request to our feature request list if you want but I cannot commit if this feature will be implemented or not but you can be sure that our development team will see your request.

Please let us know if you want this feature added to our request list,

    thanks

It is not possible to embed the form submissions page in a website, however you can make it public previously protected by a password.

    Thanks

Thanks, by making it public, then I can embed it in my site or only use the full page url with all the noise on header and footer ?

    Hi,

There's no option to embed the whole submissions page of your form but you can use iFrame Generators such as: Online iFrame Generator - iFrames Generator

Yes, doing so would let everyone who have access to the submissions page see the header and footer sections.

    Thanks

Would it be possible to show the result of one submission in a web page, then at the bottom of the webpage there be a signature widget and a submit button, where the viewer signs and hits submit, and all of the info gets sent to a certain email address?

That's probably too much to ask but thought I'd try. Im working for a caterer who fills out their clients catering requests in an online form, it gets submitted to the caterer, who then sends it to the catering client for signature.

It would be great if the catering requests appeared in a webpage once submiited, and the caterers client just signs off on it.

    Hello t3rra,

You seems to be looking for edit submission feature where user/client can sign and submit the form. You may like to check the following guide which should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Please be noted that since the edit link is generated dynamically as it includes submission ID, you will not be able to embed it in your webpage for every users.

    Thank you!
