A church is setting up a training workshop schedule for various churches to come in and get expert help, but needs an online form which they might embed in their website which would allow each church to sign up for a particular time slot for training.  Then, as each time slot is filled up, it would either show as unavailable or with the name of the church which took the spot.

Is this something which a JotForm could accomplish?  And if so, which form template would be best to use?

Thanks so much for your help.

You are able to limit values that have already been submitted. Kindly test the form I've appended below and test submit to see how it behaves when selecting a schedule that has already been submitted.

This is the limit settings that I have enabled:

    Click on Preferences
    Click on Form Limits
Then select the Field you want to limit on the Unique Questions field

Please view the screencast for a step by step walkthrough enabling the Unique Question limits.
