Not recieving email notification

    I saw in another post that someone was not recieving email notification. I checked my junk email and I do have my email posted on the "notification" area on the form.


    Thank you- I have filled out several practice forms from my email webpage. -

    Hi Mike,

    Your form email notification settings is correct. But since you are using Custom Email Address, I would suggest you checking this guide: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts & Bouncing Issues and please follow the given instructions.

    We have also implemented SMTP and we recommend Mandrill: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.  Using SMTP Account from Mandrill would also help you resolve the issue and would allow you track outgoing emails and bounce emails.
