    Subuser of pro account reaching limits?

    I have a subuser of my pro account, who just got alert that she's close to a limit on payment submissions. As a subuser doesn't she get my limits? Help? My username rickvv Subuser is jblockhus@ gmail.com Thanks!

    Hi,

    I just want to let you know that each user had its own account created. Even though they have access into your form and submissions as sub-users, it doesn't mean that their account and your account had same submission limits.

    Your sub-user had a FREE account and a free account allowed only to received payments up to 10 submissions.

    In case you do not want to upgrade the Sub Account, we can transfer the payment form from Sub Account to your Master Account. Then, you will need to share that form with your Sub User.

    Hi Mike,

    I think I would like to transfer all of jblockhus forms into the master account. I thought that her forms would be covered under my Paid master account, and I have paid the annual fee for that purpose. She never would have created an account, if we had known this particular limitation (although I totally see why we are limited!).

    Would you be able to move those forms over, and I can share them with her (I'm helpinf with most of the Q&A that she has, so she barely uses the JotForm support, or anyhing).

    Do you need any other authentication? I do have her password and it ends with 55057

    Rick, the reason you are unable add it from Janes Account is because this thread is private so in that aspect Jane won't be able to see this thread due to that factor. Though if you would like you are more then welcome to come back and share the new thread link with us if you would like so that we know it's partially related. Either way you do it is fine and we'll help get this problem resolved for you.
